- If you wish to cancel your attendance, this must be notified 48 hours before the event. Otherwise, your participation will be counted and invoiced.
- A participant’s change must be reported 24 hours before the event; otherwise, the data in the registration will be taken into consideration.
- After completing the registration form, the application will be reviewed by the Chamber. Applicants will subsequently receive a communication with instructions on how to proceed with payment and confirm their participation.
- Invoices will be sent within a maximum of 48 hours.
- The participants' entered data (name and surname) will be exactly what will be shown on the credential.
- One week before the event, registered participants who have completed the payment will receive a personal QR code. Once scanned, it will be invalidated. Please do not share it.
- It is essential to have the received QR code ready to present it upon entering the event.
