- A participant’s change must be reported 24 hours before the event; otherwise, the data in the registration will be taken into consideration.
- Executive participation will be accepted upon registration and payment; otherwise, participation will not be considered.
- Invoices will be sent within a maximum of 48 hours.
- The participant's entered data (name and surname) will be exactly what will be shown on the credential.
- One week prior to the event, registered participants who have completed the payment will receive a personal QR code. Once scanned, it will be invalidated. Please do not share it.
- It is essential to have the received QR code ready to present it upon entering the event.
