  • Platinum members are entitled to 1 complimentary pass per event. For the registration of a second or more participants, they receive a 5% discount.
  • Golden Maple members can access a 2-for-1 promotion per event. All additional registered participants are at member price.
  • Premium members receive a 5% discount for all their participants.
  • Category F members (Micro-enterprises with REMYPE certificate) receive a 50% discount on Networking Cocktail events. No additional discounts apply.
  • The promotions and discounts mentioned for Platinum, Golden Maple, and Premium members are only valid for Networking Cocktail
  • Flat rate parking at the hotel.
  • If you wish to cancel your attendance, this must be notified 48 hours before the event. Otherwise, your participation will be counted, and invoiced.
  • A participant’s change must be reported 24 hours before the event; otherwise, the data in the registration will be taken into consideration.
  • Executive participation will be accepted upon registration and payment; otherwise, participation will not be considered.
  • Invoices will be sent within a maximum of 48 hours.
  • The participant's entered data (name and surname) will be exactly what will be shown on the credential.
  • One week prior to the event, registered participants who have completed the payment will receive a personal QR code. Once scanned, it will be invalidated. Please do not share it.
  • It is essential to have the received QR code ready to present it upon entering the event.
