With 25 years of experience, JRC has established itself as a leading company in comprehensive underground mining services in Peru. Its history is marked by a constant pursuit of technical excellence, long-term relationships, and the development of an organizational culture centered on people.
Since its beginnings, JRC has worked with more than 20 clients across 47 mining operations, building relationships based on trust and high performance. One of the most representative examples is El Brocal, where the company has been operating continuously since 2006 in one of the largest underground mines in the country. This is complemented by other flagship operations such as Cerro Lindo and the Iscaycruz open pit, reflecting the company’s versatility in different operational contexts.
JRC’s sustained growth has gone hand in hand with diversifying its portfolio. In addition to its solid experience in underground mining, the company has recently added surface mining services and created JRC Drilling, a division specializing in drilling, which began operations with a three-year contract with Nexa Resources.
This expansion has also extended to other territories, with operational presence in Mexico and Canada. In 2025, JRC took a key step by acquiring the Cuzcatlán mine, marking its entry into the field of owned mining operations through JRC Investments.
