1. What does Sandvik do, and what is its value offering for the Peruvian market?

Our value offering for the Peruvian market is based on partnering with our customers in their operations, providing technical support backed by years of experience, high-tech solutions, and guaranteed profitability through increased productivity. We offer a comprehensive product portfolio with the highest reliability in the market.

 

2. How has Sandvik fared in mining projects, and what are the most in-demand products in local projects?

Sandvik offers solutions for all mining needs and remains at the forefront of design, research, and development for both underground and surface mining. Sandvik has several business lines, and our strategy is to generate new solutions for the next stage of mining. This includes automating mobile equipment, collecting online data to prevent machinery failures, reducing the carbon footprint with electric battery-powered machines, and promoting the recycling and circularity of materials and drilling tools. We are also developing new electric and autonomous rotary drills and premium drilling steels that offer highly efficient speed and performance.

In addition, Sandvik offers plant equipment for crushing processes, classification, and wear elements that have a long "lifecycle," ensuring reliability and the lowest cost per ton produced.

Regarding the question, Sandvik aims to provide its customers with sustainable products at the lowest total cost per ton moved, drilled, or crushed.

 

3. What growth projection does Sandvik have for 2024?

In 2024, Sandvik expects at least double-digit growth, not only in Peru but also across the South American region. Over the past two years, the company has earned the trust of its customers with significant contracts and awards.
