NorQuest College’s MLAD program is designed to meet the growing demand for AI and data skills across all sectors. The program focuses on high-demand competencies such as Python and SQL programming, cloud services like Google Cloud and Azure, and critical expertise in responsible AI and business strategy. It also provides real-world learning and hands-on experience through collaboration with industry, nonprofit, and government partners—ensuring graduates are job-ready and aligned with employer expectations. The MLAD program is the first of its kind, founded at NorQuest College in Edmonton, Alberta—recognized globally for its leadership in AI research and development. The program offers a co-op option for a paid four-month work placement, personalized learning environments with small class sizes, and flexible delivery through a fully HyFlex model, allowing students to learn in person, online, or both. Students gain specialized knowledge in machine learning, data analytics, and AI ethics, ensuring they are fully prepared for the complexities of the field.
