Universidad de Lima’s Graduate School: Academic Excellence and Global Opportunities
Since its creation in 1997, the Graduate School of Universidad de Lima has stood out for boosting the professional profile of its students in order to provide them with better opportunities and top-notch education to excel in an increasingly demanding labor market.
Its master’s and doctoral programs focus on bolstering managerial skills and providing a well-rounded education for competitive, innovative, and socially responsible leaders, who are fully capable of coming up with effective and creative solutions, as well as successfully managing the challenges posed by rampant digital transformation. Therefore, Universidad de Lima has flexible curricula in place, which allow the incorporation of different topics related to the latest global trends.
The academic offerings at the Ulima Graduate School comprise 11 programs: Master’s Programs in Business Administration (Ulima MBA), Finance and Banking, Communication and Content Management, Business Law, Operations and Project Management, Innovation Management, Urban Management, Marketing and Commercial Management, Taxation and Fiscal Policy, as well as doctorates in Administration and Communication.
The institution believes that internationalization is not only an option but a need for thriving leaders. Thus, the institution forges key skills that secure strong performance in a global environment. All these efforts are duly complemented with courses and activities abroad in renowned institutions from Mexico, the United States, and Spain. During this international week, students have the opportunity to live world-class experiences in terms of best practices and processes implemented throughout different sectors, interact with top leaders in their own fields of expertise, and generate bold networking.
Students of the Master’s Programs in Marketing and Commercial Management, Communication and Content Management, Taxation and Fiscal Policy, and Business Law have the chance to partake in the international week at Universidad de Navarra, in Spain. Furthermore, students of the Master’s Program in Operations and Project Management participate in the IQS School of Management at Universitat Ramon Llull, in Spain. Finally, Ulima MBA candidates are able to choose between Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico) or San Francisco State University (United States).
Moreover, three programs of the Graduate School give students the opportunity to pursue a second international academic degree. For instance, the Master’s Program in Taxation and Fiscal Policy allows students to study the Master’s Degree in Tax Advisory at Universidad de Navarra (Spain); the Master’s Program in Operations and Project Management offers this opportunity at the IQS School of Management at Universitat Ramon Llull (Spain); and the Ulima MBA at the University of Queensland (Australia).
From their platform, the Graduate School reaffirms its commitment to keep offering high-quality training to educate well-rounded, competitive, and ethical leaders who add unique value to societies across the globe.
