4. What approach does Atlas Copco take to social responsibility, and what initiatives stand out?

A key example is Mujeres EmpoderAtlas, an initiative that promotes gender diversity by empowering projects led by female employees from different areas, strengthening their leadership and participation within the organization.

Another pillar is Water for All, the global program of the Atlas Copco Group aimed at ensuring sustainable access to safe drinking water. This year, in partnership with Save the Children, a project was carried out in Chulucanas, Piura, providing safe water to more than 2,800 people, demonstrating tangible social impact aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.
